The acquisition of new employees – from employer branding and sourcing to recruiting and onboarding – is one of the decisive levers in making the workforce future-fit. In order to recruit qualified employees in sufficient numbers and to be able to react dynamically to new requirements, the usual recruiting approach is often no longer sufficient.
