Hidden champion for leadership & organisation and change management
This makes us proud and grateful: We have been named Hidden Champion atfor 2024/25 for the fifth time in a row and have even surpassed our results from previous years.
We don't owe this recognition to just anyone, but to the people who are matter: our clients. They have once again confirmed that we are better at what we do than McKinsey, BCG and Bain.
Honoured: Hidden champion twice
As in the last four rankings in 2015, 2018, 2020 and 2022, we once again took first place in the "Leadership & Organisation" category and were once again able to significantly increase the gap to our competitors. This category covers topics such as leadership systems, HR strategies, HR and talent management, organisational design and corporate culture.
We also outperformed all major competitors in the "Change Management" category and, following the excellent results of previous years, have now also been recognised as a Hidden Champion for the first time. We are particularly pleased that our experience and expertise has also been recognised here. This category covers consulting services for designing sustainable change processes and enabling planned organisational change in companies.
We are delighted to receive these awards because we are convinced that we create sustainable added value for our clients, especially (but not only) in these areas of expertise. They show us that we are working on the right issues to fulfil our own aspirations:

Hidden champion - scientifically substantiated
The independent study led by Prof Dr Dietmar Fink identifies those consultancies as hidden champions that...
... are comparatively unknown in the top management of German companies.
... are active in the same market as the consulting champions (McKinsey, BCG, Bain).
... have a higher rated competence in a consulting segment than the champions.
Consultancies cannot apply to qualify and be recognised as hidden champions. The pre-selection is made exclusively on the recommendation of an independent panel of experts from science and practice.
The independent Hidden Champions study is organised by the Wissenschaftliche Gesellschaft für Management und Beratung (WGMB) and is carried out in collaboration with Capital magazine.
