Interviews are the centrepiece of our regular recruitment days. We want to find out as much as possible about you through them. It's not just about assessing your skills. We want to find out together whether you are a good fit for our team as a person. Of course, you will also have questions that we will be happy to answer.
Each interview lasts around 60 minutes. You can expect typical challenges from everyday consulting work. The focus is on so-called "cases" or case studies with practical questions. We are not looking for the "one right answer". We are looking for plausible approaches that allow us to recognise whether you are able to structure complex problems and solve them in a logically convincing way.

Your application documents should be written in German, complete and informative. This includes a cover letter, a detailed CV in tabular form on a maximum of two pages and copies of all relevant certificates (training, internship and/or work references).
On this basis, we will then decide whether we would like to get to know you better during a recruiting day.

Yes, we look forward to receiving your reapplication. For a successful reapplication, you should have gained more practical experience since the rejection and/or be able to demonstrate further academic achievements. Experience has shown that visible personal development occurs at the earliest after a period of 12 to 18 months.

If we are impressed by your application, we will invite you to one of our recruitment days. We will plan your journey together. Of course, we will cover all costs - including any overnight accommodation.
The recruiting days take place regularly in our Berlin and Munich offices. Four interviews await candidates for a permanent position and three interviews await candidates for an internship. Afterwards, all interviewees discuss their observations and assessments together.
We will make you an offer if you have impressed us professionally and personally in all interviews. We have no "hiring quotas": If all applicants convince us on a recruiting day, everyone receives an offer.

After three interviews in the morning, the interviewers consult with each other and make a decision. This is explained individually in a personal feedback meeting. For applicants for a permanent position, a further interview at partner level will follow if the decision is positive.
Once we have decided in your favour, you will receive a written offer from us. Until you have made your decision, your interviewers will be available to answer your questions at any time. You can choose the location and date of your start date to suit your personal situation.

In order to be able to advise our clients at a high professional level, a mixture of different academic backgrounds and perspectives is important to us. Applicants' backgrounds are already taken into account during the interview process so that you are not at a disadvantage.
