The process in three steps
1. application
You can apply to us all year round by sending us your complete application documents.
Your complete application:
- Cover letter
- Detailed CV in tabular form on a maximum of two pages
- Copies of all relevant certificates (training, internship and/or work references)
2nd coaching call
If we are impressed by your application, we will invite you to a recruiting day. A virtual coaching call will take place beforehand, during which you will receive all the information you need for the interviews.
3rd Recruiting Day
Our recruiting day takes place regularly in our Berlin or Munich office. Four interviews await candidates for a permanent position and three interviews await candidates for an internship. In each interview, a case study is discussed and questions are asked about your personal background. Afterwards, all interviewees discuss their assessments together and you will receive feedback on the same day.
What counts in recruiting?
Expertise, personality and the courage to see things from your own perspective. Our interviews are about more than just cases - we want to get to know you as a person. All specialisms welcome - what counts is your potential.
What do you need to be successful in the recruitment process?
Consorts at all levels recognise their diverse backgrounds, high level of empathy, outstanding achievements, but also their modesty. A very good university degree is therefore required, ideally initial practical and international experience as well as voluntary work.
You should also have the desire to strategically accompany clients on projects across the entire spectrum of organisational development, have the courage to contribute your perspective and develop the company further.
What is important in the interviews?
Interviews are the centrepiece of our regular recruitment days. We want to find out as much as possible about you through them. It's not just about assessing your skills. We want to find out together whether you are a good fit for our team as a person.
Each interview lasts around 60 minutes. You can expect typical challenges of everyday consulting work. The focus is on so-called "cases" or case studies with practical questions. We are looking for plausible approaches that allow us to recognise whether you are able to structure complex problems and solve them in a logically convincing way.
Are you also looking for applicants without an economics background?
Naturally. We are looking for talents from all disciplines. In order to be able to advise our clients at a high professional level, a mixture of different academic backgrounds and perspectives is important to us. We employ consultants with backgrounds in business administration, philosophy, psychology, physics, biochemistry, political science and much more.
