Transformation with measurable impact

As part of a carve-out, the management team of a medium-sized industrial company was faced with a double challenge: to organise change in a structured way and at the same time develop team performance sustainably - not one after the other, but in parallel. Together with undconsorten, a structured development process was set up that was geared towards effectiveness and implementation in everyday life from the outset.

“Our brief to undconsorten was clear: to sustainably improve team performance and organise the necessary change as part of our carve-out in a structured way. The approach convinced us - from the well-founded diagnosis to focussed workshops and implementation in everyday life.”

The chosen path combined analytical depth with concrete hands-on implementation. In several offsites - from the kick-off via Prague to Georgenthal - the team worked on the key topics: Trust & Feedback, Problem-Solving & Decision-Making, Talent Management and Business Growth. Three value drivers consistently set the direction and formed the common thread running through all interventions.

"The focus on our three value drivers 'Team, Trust and Transparency' in particular provided the framework for all workshops."

The collaboration was characterised not by theoretical concepts, but by directly applicable interventions. The team sharpened responsibilities, consolidated priorities and introduced new decision-making routines - always accompanied by continuous feedback and the clear ambition to enable speed and quality at the same time.

"Together, we sharpened responsibilities, condensed priorities and introduced decision-making routines that enable us to achieve both speed and quality. The combination of analytical depth and pragmatic implementation was particularly valuable: no consulting theatre, but targeted interventions and workshop topics including continuous feedback, especially within our own team, that have an impact."

Parallel to the work on structures and processes, cultural change always remained in focus: open feedback, a high level of commitment and genuine ownership became the new normal in the management team - and the basis for sustainable success.

"At the same time, undconsorten never lost sight of the cultural aspect: open feedback, a high level of commitment and genuine ownership in the management team. This has created a shared understanding of what we stand for and how we work together - the basis on which transformation can succeed."

The impact is now measurable and tangible - in the team, for customers and for the business.

“Today, we are measurably more focussed, clearer in our collaboration and faster in our decisions. I recommend undconsorten to anyone who sees team excellence and change not as opposites, but as two sides of the same coin - with tangible results for employees, customers and the business.”
