NEUWERK is a law firm that has been successfully specialising in various areas of law with an interdisciplinary team since 2016. These include labour law, corporate law/M&A, real estate law, IP/IT, litigation and commercial law/compliance.

The rapid growth since the company was founded necessitated professionalisation in the area of personnel development, in which undconsorten supported the HR team between January and May 2022.

We spoke to Philipp Jehle, Partner at NEUWERK in the Real Estate Law department, and Louisa Salger, Senior Associate in the Litigation department, about the new HR development concept and the collaboration with undconsorten.
