Our founding partner Axel Sauder shares how his work as a reading mentor enriches our counselling service. Axel is involved as a reading mentor for primary school children and experiences first-hand how small advances and personal commitment can bring about big changes. These experiences bring valuable perspectives to our daily consulting work and inspire us to make continuous progress in management consulting as well.

Thekla uses her passion for leadership and clear communication in her daily work with us and with our clients. Her ability to make clear announcements with the microphone, both on stage and in a counselling context, inspires and supports managers in their development and further growth. From time to time, Thekla also takes a trip to a karaoke bar to keep the fun going!
