Axel is involved as a reading mentor for primary school children and experiences first-hand how small advances and personal commitment can bring about big changes. Her ability to make clear announcements with the microphone, both on stage and in a counselling context, inspires and supports managers in their development and further growth. From time to time, Thekla also takes a trip to a karaoke bar to keep the fun going!
