Past events
Here is a small selection of past highlights with our partners and clients.
Networking event: Focus on the future: Is your organisation ready?
The question of how organisations can grow strategically and become more agile operationally in times of profound change was the focus of our joint evening with TTE Strategy on 3 April 2025 in Düsseldorf. A number of managers from a wide range of industries discussed openly and practically how organisations can prepare for the challenges and opportunities of the current decade.

Webinar: HR's contribution to organisational design and the role of HR business partners.
In our successful webinar series with the Federal Association of HR Managers (BPM) on strategic HR topics, the focus is on the active contribution of HR - especially in challenging organisational development fields such as organisational design. Together with prominent CHROs and other HR experts, we discussed how the role of HR BP as a multiplier for organisational development and strategic business partner can be effectively strengthened and empowered.

CHRO X-Change: Impulse & exchange at Axel Springer SE
Many people are worried about Germany as a business location. Rising energy costs, increasing bureaucracy and the ongoing need for digitalisation are dominating the headlines. In addition, the productivity and motivation of the German labour force are increasingly coming under the spotlight. While the unemployment rate is rising, the labour force participation rate and working hours are falling. Location ratings are falling, although exports are on the rise again. The press and politicians are discussing the work ethic of GenZ and millennials, while baby boomers and GenY are also increasingly looking to cut back.

HR as a driver of organisational development - Webinar
This webinar - in cooperation with the Bundesverband der Personalmanager:innen (BPM ) - provides insights into effective ways to leverage the potential of your HR function to support sustainable organisational change. We will shed light on how HR functions can strengthen the agility and resilience of organisations in a dynamic world. You can look forward to inspiring case studies and best practices that show how HR can act as a strategic partner to support organisational innovation and resilience.

We shed light on the details of workforce transformation with you
Together with the Federal Association of Personnel Managers (BPM), we once again organised the Workforce Transformation Webinars in 2023 with numerous keynote speeches and opportunities for discussion. We have summarised the practical experiences and proven approaches of the participating companies as well as current case studies and analyses for you.

HR directors and CHROs in dialogue - the discussion series
HR and the CHRO have been at the centre of events in recent years. HR was an important member of the crisis teams and therefore close to the business, employees and the public. The different experiences of HR managers during the coronavirus pandemic and the resulting reflections on the changing role of the HR function were the focus of a virtual series of talks that we organised - in cooperation with the German Association of HR Managers (BPM) - between September 2020 and January 2021 with a total of 14 CHROs and around 700 participants from the DACH region.
