What should really be a priority - and what shouldn't

HR management today is under constant pressure to make decisions: studies, trend radars and forecasts are constantly providing new topics - from skill transformation to new management models and AI in HR. However, not everything that generates attention justifies strategic priority.

This event, which is being organised by undconsorten together with BPM and Asfinag, is aimed at HR decision-makers who want to address precisely this question:
Which HR trends are actually relevant for our business - and which ones tie up resources without having a lasting impact?

Four areas of work take centre stage:

• A meta-analysis of key HR trends from leading studies and their development over the last few years
• A reflection of these trends on the real HR priorities of companies in the DACH region, based on a sample of undconsorten clients
• Discussion of specific implications for your own HR prioritisation
• Selected best practices that show the conditions under which HR trends are implemented effectively and sustainably

Together with experienced HR leaders, we do not discuss "what would be possible", but rather what is viable under real organisational conditions.
