Strategic clarity and organisation with a future

Review of our evening in Düsseldorf

How can organisations grow strategically and become more agile operationally in times of profound change?

This question was the focus of our joint evening with TTE Strategy on 3 April 2025 in Düsseldorf. Around 40 managers from a wide range of industries discussed openly and practically how companies can prepare for the challenges and opportunities of the current decade.

2025 is seen as the year of disruption - and of new beginnings.
Geopolitical uncertainty, economic transformation and structural location issues are creating pressure to act. However, major reorganisations or long-term strategy processes are not always the best or most viable way forward. We believe that things can be done differently - and have focussed on concrete, evolutionary approaches that can quickly take effect with less effort.

The discussion focussed on three strategic approaches:

  • Strengthening organisations from within through targeted work on leadership, collaboration and culture.
  • Approaching reorganisations in a targeted and clear manner where structural changes are necessary.
  • Thinking about new organisational models that redistribute speed, customer focus and responsibility - along principles such as "Dynamic Shared Ownership".

Our conclusion:
Strategy and organisational development begins with clarity - and succeeds through focus, leadership and joint action. Many companies harbour untapped potential. Those who realise this potential can secure a competitive advantage - even without a major upheaval.
