Taking back control in challenging times with a performance culture

We cordially invite you to an exclusive undconsorten round table in Munich. Together with decision-makers from leading companies, we would like to discuss how high-performance corporate cultures can be created - especially when these companies are particularly challenged.

Pressure and uncertainty are currently increasing across the board: new competitors, changing customer needs, shorter innovation cycles and the weakening of free trade are massively challenging the status quo. Once proud companies have their backs to the wall and are fighting for survival. For many others, there are at least dark clouds on the horizon. It is becoming clear that they will have to prepare for much more uncomfortable times.

At the same time, it is not only in Germany that there is a discussion about the declining willingness and, in some cases, ability of employees to perform, for which there is indeed an almost overwhelming amount of data.

How can organizations transform these internal and external challenges into a new beginning?

We are convinced that the key lies in strengthening the performance culture. The willingness to perform is a supporting pillar of organizational effectiveness, but is often inhibited by internal structures, a lack of coherence or a lack of orientation.

Our experience shows that a modern performance culture is a strategic competitive advantage and at the same time attractive to employees who are motivated by shared success and individual development opportunities. Even today, the most attractive employers are not those where service by the book is the rule.

A special source of inspiration in our round table:
Andreas Kuffner, Olympic champion in the German eight, now a systemic coach and consultant. He knows how top performance can be achieved under extreme pressure - not through "more toughness", but through a new way of thinking in terms of team responsibility, coherence and focus. His key question:

Does what we do really make the boat go faster?

An idea that moves companies just as much as high-performance teams.

Our discussion will therefore focus on the following questions:

  • How can companies shape leadership, collaboration and organisational structures so that performance is inspiring again, even under pressure?
  • What challenges need to be overcome? What conducive conditions are required?
  • And which strategies and initiatives are actually effective in practice?

We would like to discuss specific experiences and approaches with you at our round table.
