The Team Effectiveness Survey (TES) - A proven tool for improving performance

Based on our framework, the Team Effectiveness Survey (TES) is an online tool that comprises around 100 questions and assesses the seven dimensions of high-performing teams. With the help of the TES, you receive a detailed analysis of team performance and a clear basis for further development.

How the TES works

What happens after the team diagnosis?

Once the Team Effectiveness Survey has been completed, we will provide you with a detailed analysis of the results. We not only look at the figures, but also at the underlying patterns and correlations.

In a joint team workshop, we go through the results step by step. We identify the key challenges and shed light on the causes behind the results. This process creates a shared understanding and lays the foundation for targeted improvements.

We then work together to develop specific measures to strengthen teamwork in the long term. In this way, we ensure that the insights gained are not only discussed but also actively put into practice.
