The award

This makes us proud: elected Hidden Champion for Leadership and Organization for the third time in a row. And not by anyone else, but by our clients. They confirm that our work is better than McKinsey, BCG and Bain. We are very pleased about this recognition of our performance, especially in our core consulting areas of leadership and organizational topics.

The independent study of the Hidden Champions is carried out by the Wissenschaftliche Gesellschaft für Management und Beratung (WGMB). The WGMB had already recognized us as Hidden Champions for Leadership and Organization in 2015 and 2018 based on client surveys.

The results

Pretty good

In the category “Leadership & Organization”, we again got ranked first place, as in the last two rankings in 2015 and 2018. This category covers topics such as leadership systems, human resources strategies, talent management, organizational design and corporate culture. In the category “Change Management” we have always made it into the top 5 in recent years.

We are very happy about the award, especially in these areas. It shows us that we are working on the right topics to meet our own claim: “Inspiring people to grow and build better businesses.”

  • Whose competence in a consulting field is rated higher than that of the champions

Consultancies cannot apply for the qualification and award: The pre-selection is made exclusively on the basis of a proposal by an independent panel of experts from science and practice.
