Upskilling@Scale – Making the workforce fit for the future

The pressure on HR departments is growing. Companies need new skills in their workforce, but recruiting is increasingly difficult. Organizations that manage to upskill their workforce quickly and on a large scale for the new challenges have a strategic advantage.

As a consultancy specializing on organization, leadership and people, undconsorten supports clients in mastering the transformation challenge. In cooperation with the Bundesverband der Personalmanager (BPM), we are organizing a series of events looking at the different aspects of “Workforce Transformation”. Upskilling, i.e. the acquisition of new or the expansion of additional skills and qualifications within a professional field, is one important lever.

Together with CLOs, Learning Experts, and seasoned practitioners from medium to large companies across different industries, undconsorten facilitates an afternoon event to share experiences in Upskilling at Scale. Participation is by admission only to enable open, in-depth discussions of how to overcome the existing challenges – in an intimate setting with 15-20 L&D leaders.

We are looking forward to welcoming you!
